This center is located at 26943 Westwood Road, Westlake, Ohio.  It is in the heart of the city of Westlake.  Located in the corner of Westwood Road and Center Ridge Road, and a block away from Westlake Porter Library and Westlake Postal Office, it is a convenient location for everything.  It takes only 5 minute to Great Northern Mall, 5 minute to Crocker Park, two greatest shopping centers in the west side of the Cleveland.  It is minutes away from highways I-90 and I-480, minutes away from Westlake City Hall and other major facilities. 

The center has a long history of business excellence.  The building is formerly known as Life Time building, a landmark in the city of Westlake.  It was built in 1940s and was the first business building in Dover Township (the predecessor of Westlake).  The previous owner, Lifetime Distributors, Inc., was an international fine stainless steel cookware distributor.  Over the years, the building enjoyed an excellent reputation as a business center.

With a total of 14,000 square feet, this center has beautiful natural scenes surround it that one cannot find in other place.  The front of the building is nicely landscaped.  A small creek runs in the back of the building.  Trees near the creek provide some shades over large parking lots (a large parking lot on each side of the building). A large green lawn in the back of the building provides a excellent area for rest or picnic.  Beautiful as it could be, the building is also solid and renovated for corporate use.  The building has a new roof, new heating and cooling system, new windows/doors, and many other new updates. 

Currently, we have 10,000 square foot space available.  Long-term lease is preferable, but not necessary.  We can partition the space according to your specific needs. You are welcome to look at a photo gallery of the Center.
